Surrender into play within community- As adults finding ways in which we can use our speech and creativity, intention and physicality in positive and healthy ways takes both time and practice as well as a safe space to explore in. The act of playing is what our brains and systems need to learn. In fact, playing is a way in which all mammals explore and help their systems heal and grow. Come be apart of Ithaca's new theatre school for adults which forcuses on the aspect of play as a way to cultivate good mental, emotional and physical health and connection within community as well.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS AN ALL INCLUSIVE ENVIRONMENT.  Aids are provided to help all physical abilities as well as neurological and neurodivergent individuals.  We create space to support ourselves and eachother.  Please contact Elizabeth@pandoluci.com for questions or requests.
